Nelson Advisors served as exclusive advisors to Wellola on their sale to Mayden, backed by G Square Capital.
Wellola was founded in 2016 by clinical entrepreneurs Sonia Neary and Dr Greg Martin, with the simple mission to build a patient engagement platform that empowers healthcare teams to deliver seamless, secure, and personalised digital care.
